Yes, we are closing...

As those of you who subscribe to our newsletter already know, we are indeed closing in January 2023.

It has been more than fifteen years since we began our endeavor on this corner. It has been our most genuine pleasure to be part of this community and we have appreciated the support you have shown over the years. Thank you so very much.

But after nearly three years of turbulence we are giving in to the headwinds and will call it a day. So much has changed in the landscape of casual, full service dining that we find it nearly unrecognizable and unsustainable. In January RCC will close its doors. Robert and I feel it is time for a change.

We struggled over this decision for several months, having vested ourselves so completely in creating a neighborhood hub with a seasonal menu that sources close to home. The partnerships with breweries that allowed us to donate to work together, raising funds for local non-profits were equally enjoyable for staff and patrons alike. The many school fundraisers and opportunities to show to local artists on our walls were especially satisfying. The current outerwear drive is a perfect example of what amazing neighbors you all are. The bin is overflowing!

Barring any additional staffing challenges, we intend to stay open well into January. We hope you find some time to stop for a final toast or bite and send our team off with a smile and good wishes. We are sad but alas, change is inevitable.

All of us at RCC are so grateful for your patronage, friendship and support.

If you or anyone you know have been looking for a local space to lease or purchase, we would love to keep it "in the family". Please contact us if you would like more information.
